Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Leythos (the "Service"), operated by Leythos ("we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, the club and the individual accepting these Terms on its behalf agree to them. You represent that you are authorized to act for your club.

2. The Service

Leythos provides a hosted, multi-tenant platform that gives shooting and sportsmen's clubs a branded website plus league-scoring, membership, events, notifications, and merchandise tools. Features may change, improve, or be retired over time.

3. Subscription & billing

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the rate shown at signup (currently $99/month, billed annually). A promotion may give you free months on your first term. Free months reduce what you pay for that term only. They do not change the rate, and every term after your first is billed at the full annual price.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If you pay by card, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal. Clubs we invoice annually are sent an invoice on the same schedule and renew the same way.
  • We may change our prices. A price change never applies mid-term. We will give you notice before it takes effect, and it applies from your next renewal. If you don't want to continue at the new price, cancel before that renewal.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend the club's site until payment is resolved, and may terminate the account after a reasonable cure period.

4. Your content & data

Your club owns its content and its data (member records, scores, photos, and settings). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf. You can export your data at any time, and we do not sell it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security or access other clubs' data, or reselling the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual property & restrictions

The Service, including its software, source code, user interface, visual designs, layouts and the Leythos name and branding, is owned by Leythos and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your club; it grants no ownership.

Except as permitted by applicable law that cannot be contractually waived, you may not, and may not permit anyone else to: (a) copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service or its designs; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the Service; (c) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content from the Service by automated means; (d) rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or offer the Service (or a substantially similar service built from it) to any third party; or (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices. Your own club's data remains yours (see Section 4).

7. Availability & warranties

We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leythos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law & contact
