Every organization on Leythos gets its own database with automatic backups, on enterprise cloud infrastructure rather than a machine under somebody's desk. The parts that must not fail are run by companies whose entire business is staying up.
Nobody's personal account
Board members sign in as themselves, any board member can add or remove an admin, and every change is written into an audit trail with a name and a date on it. Nothing the organization depends on is held by one person's personal login.
The records stay yours
A full export of your records is yours whenever you ask for it, including after you cancel. Because it was all entered in one place, the export is everything: members, payments, events and history, in one file instead of four partial ones from four tools. Whoever sits on your board in ten years inherits a system that is still hosted, still updated and still answered.
