One league night
Thursday, from the parking lot to the bar.
Every step below used to take a volunteer with a clipboard and a spare evening. This is the same night, in order.

They scan the code on the way past the clubhouse and confirm who is actually shooting. No clipboard by the door and no ringing round to find out who is missing.

One person, once, from the back office. Everybody knows before they leave the house, and nobody drives out to a wet car park.
Keeping score is the easy part. Running the club is the job. Cheap scoring
programs record what your scorer already knew. They cannot post it, and that is where
every volunteer Saturday goes. Here a round is submitted on the tablet and the standings
page, the shooter's average and the notification to your members all happen from that one
entry. Nobody re-types anything into a second tool, because there is no second tool. And
when scoring is free to the club, the fee has usually moved onto each shooter's
registration: the same money, taken from the members who vote you in.
The treasurer's side
It runs the club's money, not just the scores.
Scoring software keeps score. This one also takes the dues, counts the till, and tells you what the empty spots on the squad have cost you this season.

Your domain points at the new site when you're ready, and not a minute before. Your Facebook page keeps working; the platform can post to it in one click. If you're paying for a site builder, cancelling it is part of onboarding. We help you do it so the switch lowers your bills instead of doubling them.
How fast can we actually be live?
The demo, with your club's name, colors and fields, usually lands within a day. Going live after that is mostly about your content: photos, membership details, board list, league setup. Clubs that have that ready generally go live within a week or two. Nothing about the timeline depends on your board learning software first.
Nobody on our board is technical.
That's who it's built for. The back office is designed for a volunteer, not an IT person: a 4-step season wizard, schedules generated for you, and carryover so nobody re-enters last year's roster. We set the club up for you either way, and we're one message away when something comes up.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You own it and you can export it at any time, including after you cancel. We keep it available for a reasonable window so you're never scrambling. There's no per-member fee, no cut of your dues, and no lock-in. Cancelling means access runs through the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when the volunteer who set it up moves on?
This is the failure mode that kills most club websites, so the platform is built against it. There's no personal account holding the club hostage: admins log in with their own real logins, a board member can add or remove admins, and every change is in an audit trail. We host, update, and back it up regardless of who's on the board this year.
Is our members' information safe?
Each club gets its own isolated database, so clubs can't see each other's data. Admin access uses real per-person logins rather than a shared password, scoring math runs server-side so scores can't be faked from a browser, every admin action is logged, and backups run automatically. None of that is your board's job to run. It's how the platform is built.
How does payment work? Our treasurer writes checks.
